Lost or Damaged Items

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service within 2 days. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs in their respective countries.
