Built for use with floating bridges, PWCs, motorboats, kayaks and small ships, the elastic wandering rope stretches as watercraft move and helps prevent hard shocks to cleats, splints or piers. Two foam buoyancy sleeves protect hulls from scratches and keep the line afloat if released.
