Return & Refund Policy: Request Window
We offer a 14-day return request window, which means you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Have original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering will be refused.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved before shipping.
To request a return, email support@syndmart.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Items returned without prior authorization will be rejected and will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customer Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including:
- Domestic return shipping
- International return shipping
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees
Original shipping charges (If applied) are non-refundable.
For U.S.-based customers, we may offer a prepaid return shipping label as a convenience.
If a prepaid return label is used:
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
- Return shipping is not free
- Use of the prepaid label constitutes your authorization and acceptance of this deduction
Customers may also choose to return items using their preferred carrier at their own expense.
When Syndmart Covers Return Shipping
We will cover return shipping only if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged in transit
- The wrong item was sent
Proof (in the form of photos/videos) is required. Claims without evidence may be denied.
International Returns
Because international return shipping can be costly:
- Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may exceed the value of the item.
All international returns require the item to be returned to us for inspection.
Items must meet all return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued only if the item is approved.
Refunds will not be issued for items that are returned damaged, used, altered, or not in their original condition.
All international return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our return requirements
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video evidence
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item:
- Request a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer law.
However:
- Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility
- Items must meet all eligibility requirements
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing takes 3–7 business days
- Banks and payment providers may require additional time
Refunds may be reduced to account for:

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Order dispute evidence submitted to your payment provider
- Suspension of future purchases
